All staff and volunteers at Meadows have received an Enhanced Criminal Bureau check to ensure that the children are safeguarded whilst in our care.

Colette May Colette runs and manages the nursery alongside Naomi. Colette has worked at the Meadows for the last 16 years and loves her job. “Colette is lovely and sings nice songs” Eva (Age 3)

Naomi Luscombe Naomi manages the nursery alongside Colette. Naomi has five children and they were all educated at Meadows. Naomi loved the Meadows atmosphere so much she decided to come and work here. “I think that Naomi is a princess and that she lives in a castle” – Paddy (Aged 4)

Nicola Wicks Nicola has worked with Colette at Meadows for the past 16 years. She has a wealth of experience in the nursery environment and the children love being in her “big class”. “I like Nicola’s hair, it is pretty” – Joe (Age 4)

Carrie Massey Carrie is also a long standing staff member. Carrie loves her job and is always full of fun. "I like Carrie when she plays babies with me" Kaitlyne (Age 3)

Julia Silvester Julia has worked at Meadows for many years and has recently returned back from maternity leave. Julia is an essential member to our team with extensive knowledge of the childcare sector. “Julia does my pony tails” -Evie (Age 3)

Maddie Standen Maddie is Colette’s sister and after sending her three children to Meadows, like Naomi, Maddie decided that she liked it so much she would work here. “Maddie is fun and I like it when she puts my slippers on” – Eli (Age 3)

Jane Baird Jane came to work at Meadows after 15 years at the Friends School Nursery. Their loss is definitely our gain as she always has a smile on her face and all the children love her. “I like her smile” – Mia (Age 4)

Erin Quain Erin is our newest member of the Meadows team and she has fitted in really well. Erin loves working with the children; she is always saying how much she loves her job. “ I am going to marry Erin when I am older” Oliver (Age 3)
